These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of the premium subscription service (hereinafter referred to as the "Subscription Service") provided by Petal, a lightweight iOS app for intelligent wreath try-on. By purchasing, activating, or using the Subscription Service, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in these Subscription Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not purchase or use the Subscription Service. Petal does not require an account to log in, and this principle applies to the use of the Subscription Service as well—you can enjoy the Subscription Service without registering or providing any personal information.
All information related to your use of the Subscription Service is processed locally, and information is only retained on your local device. When you actively delete the information, the information will be deleted, so the app does not collect any facial data. We do not collect any facial information at any stage of your use of the Subscription Service. All image processing related to the Subscription Service is completed through dual-image fusion technology on your iOS device, ensuring that your personal information never leaves your device.
The Subscription Service is designed to enhance your experience with Petal, providing you with more convenient and unrestricted virtual wreath try-on functions. The Subscription Service is only available for iOS devices that have downloaded and installed the official version of Petal, and it is only valid for the account (device) used to purchase the service. The Subscription Service does not provide any functions beyond the core capabilities of Petal, and we will not make any exaggerated commitments about the service content.
When you purchase and activate the Subscription Service, you will enjoy the following exclusive benefits during the subscription period, which are applicable to all types of subscriptions:
Unlimited image generations: You can generate wreath try-on effects unlimited times during the subscription period, without any restrictions on the number of image generations per use. All image generation is completed through technology on your device, and we do not collect any facial information from the generated images or the original portrait photos you upload.
No daily limits or restrictions: There are no daily limits on the use of the Subscription Service, including but not limited to no daily limit on the number of portrait photo uploads, wreath material selections, custom wreath image uploads, and try-on effect generations. You can use all premium functions of the Subscription Service at any time during the subscription period, without any additional restrictions.
Priority support: You will receive priority technical support during the subscription period. If you encounter any problems, questions, or suggestions related to the use of the Subscription Service or Petal, you can contact us through the designated email address, and we will give priority to handling your inquiries and provide a response within a shorter time frame compared to non-subscription users. We do not collect any facial information or any other personal data when you seek priority support.
We provide three types of Subscription Services for you to choose from, all of which offer the same subscription benefits. The only difference lies in the validity period and pricing (pricing is subject to the display on the iOS App Store at the time of purchase). All subscription payments are processed through the official iOS App Store payment channel, and we do not collect any payment information or personal data from you.
Annual Subscription 1: The validity period of the Annual Subscription 1 is 12 consecutive months from the date of activation. After the subscription period expires, it will automatically renew unless you manually cancel the automatic renewal function in accordance with the regulations of the iOS App Store. We will send you a reminder of the upcoming automatic renewal in a prominent manner before the renewal date.
Semi-Annual Subscription: The validity period of the Semi-Annual Subscription is 6 consecutive months from the date of activation. After the subscription period expires, it will automatically renew unless you manually cancel the automatic renewal function in accordance with the regulations of the iOS App Store. We will send you a reminder of the upcoming automatic renewal in a prominent manner before the renewal date.
Annual Subscription 2: The validity period of the Annual Subscription 2 is 12 consecutive months from the date of activation, same as Annual Subscription 1. It offers the same subscription benefits, pricing, and terms as Annual Subscription 1. You can choose either Annual Subscription based on your needs, and the service content and rights are completely identical. After the subscription period expires, it will automatically renew unless you manually cancel the automatic renewal function.
All information generated during your use of the Subscription Service, including but not limited to the try-on effects generated, the portrait photos uploaded, and the wreath materials selected, is processed and stored locally on your device. We do not collect any facial information, and will never access, retrieve, or use any of the above information without your explicit permission. When you actively delete any information related to the Subscription Service on your device, the information will be completely deleted and cannot be recovered.
After you complete the purchase of the Subscription Service through the iOS App Store, the service will be automatically activated, and the validity period will start from the date of activation. You can check the remaining validity period of your subscription in the "Subscription" section of Petal or the iOS App Store settings.
You can cancel the automatic renewal of the Subscription Service at any time before the renewal date. The cancellation operation must be completed through the iOS App Store settings, in accordance with the specific operation guidelines provided by the iOS App Store. After canceling the automatic renewal, the Subscription Service will continue to be valid until the end of the current subscription period, and will not be renewed automatically after expiration. No refund will be provided for the remaining validity period of the current subscription after cancellation.
The Subscription Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You shall not share, lend, transfer, or resell your Subscription Service rights to any third party, nor shall you use the Subscription Service for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to using the generated try-on effects for commercial promotion, profit-making activities, etc. Any violation of this clause will result in the immediate termination of your Subscription Service rights, and we reserve the right to pursue your relevant responsibilities.
You shall use the Subscription Service in accordance with these Subscription Terms and relevant regulations. If you violate any terms of these Subscription Terms, we have the right to suspend or terminate your Subscription Service rights at any time without prior notice, and no refund will be provided for the remaining validity period of the subscription. We do not collect any facial information even if your Subscription Service rights are suspended or terminated.
We reserve the right to update and optimize the Subscription Service from time to time, including but not limited to optimizing the image generation effect, improving the priority support service, and adjusting the subscription terms (excluding reducing the subscription benefits or shortening the validity period without prior notice). If we make any major changes to the Subscription Service or these Subscription Terms, we will notify you through Petal or the iOS App Store, and your continued use of the Subscription Service after the update will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated content.
If the Subscription Service is suspended or terminated due to force majeure, technical failures, or other reasons beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to restore the service as soon as possible and notify you of the relevant situation. We will not be liable for any losses caused by the temporary suspension or termination of the Subscription Service due to the above reasons, and will not provide any refunds unless the service cannot be restored for a long time.
